Ryan Luft

My name is Ryan Luft and I am more than honored to have been chosen to facilitate the West Central MN CEO program.   I am grateful for the opportunity to help connect the students of KMS, RCW, MACCRAY, and CMCS to our regional business professionals in rural Minnesota.

I have been in education for over twenty years with the past 15 years working closely collaborating with industry, employment agencies, and civic and government groups to regional high schools.  I have been a firm believer that the future of our workforce needs the opportunity to be working hand in hand with their future employers.  The West Central MN CEO course is a wonderful opportunity to learn from the most successful business people in our area.  As journey through our year, we will be learning by doing which is one of reason this class is so popular.
