The West Central MN CEO Program had an outstanding start to the year. Our primary goal is to unite students from KMS, MACCRAY, CMCS, and RCW into one team of young entrepreneurs who are ready to take meaningful steps toward understanding the real world of business.

To begin that journey, students engaged in a team-building exercise that required them to move cups and build pyramids using only string and rubber bands. The activity challenged students to step into leadership roles, work collaboratively, and grow more comfortable with problem-solving in new situations.

It was a valuable opportunity to watch these future leaders develop skills in communication, adaptability, and teamwork—qualities that will serve them well both in this program and beyond.

We look forward to seeing the growth and accomplishments this group will achieve throughout the year.
