The West Central MN CEO Class of 2026 had the opportunity to tour Olivia Hospital & Clinic this week — gaining an inside look at what it takes to keep a healthcare facility running smoothly in a rural community.

Students learned how teamwork, precision, and innovation come together to provide excellent patient care — from using AI and virtual doctor visits to maintaining power backups and ensuring every role, from cleaning crews to nurses, is vital to success. ⚡👩‍⚕️👨‍🔧
