Entrepreneurship isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about having the courage to take the risk anyway.
Over the past half year, the West Central MN CEO Class of 2026 has faced real obstacles, real pressure, and real-world challenges while building their class business and hosting West Central MN CEO Ice Fishing Tournament. They’ve learned quickly that setbacks are part of the process.
Unfortunately, due to extremely cold weather, the tournament has been postponed until February 7. While disappointing, this moment has become one of the most valuable lessons of all — adaptability, resilience, and attention to detail matter just as much as the idea itself.
As a facilitator, I couldn’t be more proud watching these students grind, problem-solve, and push forward without fear. This is what entrepreneurship looks like in the real world — and they are rising to the challenge every step of the way.
