The energy was REAL at our February Mentor/Venture meeting at Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative! 🌱⚡
The room was alive as students from West Central MN CEO reflected on the highs and challenges of hosting their recent Fishing Tournament. From problem-solving on the fly to celebrating wins, they experienced firsthand what entrepreneurship truly looks like — resilience, adaptability, and teamwork.
But now… we shift gears. 🚀
Over the next three months, each student will research, develop, and launch their own individual business ventures in preparation for the May 15 Trade Show at The Wooden Silo.
This is where ideas turn into action.
Entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting a business — it’s about learning to think differently, take initiative, and grow through real-world experiences. The mentorship connection is what makes this journey powerful. When students sit across from business leaders, share their struggles, and receive honest feedback, growth happens faster and deeper.
Mentors don’t just guide — they ignite confidence.
Students don’t just learn — they lead.
May 15 is coming. You’ll want to see what these young entrepreneurs create. 👏🔥
