Big things are happening for West Central! 🌟 Our CEO program students recently had the incredible opportunity to visit Evergreen Lane Event Center in Redwood Falls and spend time with the visionary behind it all, Cara Menz.

Cara isn’t just the founder and owner; she’s also a first-year mentor for our young entrepreneurs, and her story is a masterclass in evolution. 📈 With a career rooted in direct sales and marketing, Cara shared the real “trials and errors” of building a business. She spoke about how much the industry has changed over the last decade—so much so that she convinced her husband to transform his “dream shop” into the stunning event center it is today!

Located just west of Redwood Falls, Evergreen Lane has truly taken off as a peaceful, modern space for celebrations, wellness, and connection. From wood-burning saunas to entrepreneur meetups, Cara has built more than just a venue—she’s built a community.

We are so grateful for mentors like Cara who show our students that with a little grit and a lot of vision, any “shop” can become a dream realized. 🏡✨
