One of the true highlights of the year for the West Central MN CEO Class is our visit to Lakeland Media in Willmar. It’s always a bittersweet moment because it reminds us that our incredible year together is beginning to wind down.

From stepping into the studio at 106.5 The Train and the Q102 Morning Show, to going LIVE on the radio, this experience pushes students outside their comfort zones and builds confidence in communication, leadership, and professionalism. What starts as nervous energy quickly turns into excitement thanks to the amazing crew who always make our students feel welcome and supported. 🎤✨
