The West Central MN CEO Class of 2026 Annual Report is more than a collection of photos and statistics — it’s the story of a transformational journey. From the very first business visits and mentor meetings to launching real businesses and hosting an incredible Trade Show at The Wooden Silo, this class embraced every challenge with determination, professionalism, and creativity.
Over the course of the year, these students stepped outside of their comfort zones and into board rooms, manufacturing facilities, banks, farms, engineering firms, restaurants, media studios, and small businesses across West Central Minnesota. They learned what it means to lead, communicate, network, solve problems, and think like entrepreneurs.
The Class of 2026 represented RCW, KMS, MACCRAY, and CMCS with pride while building connections that will impact their futures for years to come. Along the way, they developed class businesses, launched individual businesses, worked alongside mentors, and discovered the power of community support.
