✈️ Behind the scenes at Oasis Aero, Inc. in Willmar, MN

Big thank you to Eric Rudningen for hosting
West Central MN CEO today!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Takeaways that stuck with us:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PROCEDURE - OPERATIONS
In aviation, procedure isn't optional.
Make a mistake, and it could end in disaster.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
→ He likes responsibility
→ What kind of job are you doing when no one is looking?
→ Communicate with the people you are reaching out to
→ Take a deep breath — don't panic and miss the obvious
→ Admit when you make a mistake. Not when you're at 5,000 ft.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Calm. Accountable. Precise.
Lessons we'll take into business and life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank you, Eric and the Oasis Aero team!
