Rachel walked our CEO students through her journey from her first jobs to building her own creative agency, and the lessons that stuck with her along the way:
Be resourceful
Don't settle for "fine"
Even if you don't like the task/job, there is something to learn
Compete with yourself, not your coworkers
Hard work will always show itself over time
Generosity always comes back around
