It was a great day for the West Central MN CEO team!

Today the team met with Carolyn Halverson, Senior Accountant, and Karina Dejong, Marketing Coordinator, for Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing, PLLP - CDS in Willmar, MN. Carolyn helped expand and explain how a business plan works and all of the components it entails. Karina helped us understand the foundations of marketing and strategies our entrepreneurs can use to reach their potential audience.
