About Me

Chloe Hendriks is a junior at Renville County West High School and the youngest of three siblings. She resides in Olivia and is actively engaged in multiple jobs, including working for Green Leaf and nannying/babysitting. Chloe participates in a variety of extracurricular activities, such as softball, FFA, Knowledge Bowl, band, choir, and yearbook. 

She has a passion for working with children, capturing moments at sports events, playing softball, and spending time with friends. Chloe attributes her best qualities—hard work, teamwork, trust, and having the courage to speak up—to her success. She is always willing to volunteer for tasks and enjoys the opportunity to work and meet new people while learning about their lives. 

Chloe excels at creating projects, speaking in public, and bringing innovative ideas to fruition. One of her coaches has praised her as a very teachable person, noting that she quickly grasps new concepts when they are presented to her. After high school, Chloe aspires to become a teacher, coach, and sports photographer. She is eager to learn how to be self-sufficient and prepare for the challenges of the real world.

Through the CEO program, Chloe seeks to step outside her comfort zone and gain insights into achieving success. She is enthusiastic about the opportunities to meet new people and expand her horizons through this program. 

As for advice for someone her age who wants to be successful, it would be beneficial to embrace challenges, stay curious, and continuously seek out new learning experiences. Networking and building relationships can also play a vital role in future success.
