West Central MN CEO returned to Nova Tech Engineering in Willmar for another powerful learning day. Our students met with Danielle Aasen, Training Partner in Nova Tech Engineering, who once again helped guide them through understanding their unique strengths.
For the third year in a row, Nova Tech has generously sponsored the CliftonStrengths 2.0 assessment for our program. This comes at a critical time of year as students wrap up their first Initial Badge Projects and begin forming teams for the upcoming Class Business.
What CliftonStrengths 2.0 helps us discover:
β’ Each studentβs natural talents in areas such as strategic thinking, relationship building, executing, and influencing.
β’ How individual strengths complement each other in team environments.
β’ How students can intentionally lean into their strengths to grow as leaders, collaborators, and entrepreneurs.
Special thank you to Danielle Aasen for taking time out of your day to help our students understand their strengths and learn how to work effectively as a team moving forward.
